Before Easter, Syd had a play date with her friend Chloe Hardy. They had a blast! First they played with Allie's salon...G was happy to be their client. haha
(those are fake scissors by the way).
When G went down for a nap, we decided we'd do some pampering.
They are soaking their feet to begin our pedies.
We made shrinky dinks and watched them bake as our toenails dried.
Love this one!!!
They were so excited as they we got down to the countdown to take them out!
Playing school
They set up a little people village in the end. 
It was a joy filled day. They spent all day with NO fighting, pretty impressive for 4 and 5 yr olds!
Here is the end result of their toes ;) It's so easy to make little girls happy!
Oh my gosh, Erin.....LOVE the pictures!! :) Chloe had SUCH a great time- she showed everyone her toenails for over a week! Looks like a BLAST! Thank you for having her over for the day!!! :)
ReplyDeleteOH- what's funny, is I just wrote "oh my gosh", and as Chloe readily informs me (and EVERYONE) now, "You can't say that at the Steven's- they don't think that's a nice word!" :) So funny.

Jenna! I hope Chloe told you the whole story! Sydney corrected her and I corrected Syd, I told Chloe it isn't a bad word, we just like to say Oh my goodness better ;) My whole family says oh my gosh a lot and it just didn't sound good coming out of 2 yr olds mouth so we started correcting them when they were little. Chris and I still say it :)
