Family vacation 2012

My aunt and uncle have been trying to get my family to come down to their house in Vero  Beach florida for years. We finally all met there this April!  We had a blast!
Here are Allie and Syd with my nieces Ella and Payton

We got to meet my new nephew for the first time. This is Ryder, 3 months. He was one popular baby!
Gavin found a buddy to play with him in the sand (Taylor is my cousin Kaitlin's boyfriend) They live in PA and flew down for the vacation!

Our last night there, we HAD to have a slumber party! but they didn't last long :)
Me holding Ryder for the first time!

Allie and Payton, stuck together all week :) Payton is 11, so Allie thinks she is SO cool :)
Gavin surprised us and wanted to hold Ryder a lot. He was so sweet and gentle with him ;) he's telling us to hush for the baby.
My mom and dad with their 6 grandkids (my sister and I both had 2 girls and one boy) :)

This is my cousin Abbie and my sister Kelli (Abbie flew in from California and Kelli drove down from Indiana)

We laughed all week because my cousin's boyfriends were very popular between our little girls!  They were so sweet to them and gave them tons of attention :)

Mud

Ok so I had to post this one from March because I'm slowly learning a little about boys. I sent the kids out to enjoy the last of the snow and come to find Gavin like this...

Anytime I let him outside he seems to aim for the mud. If there is no mud, he will turn on the faucet and make mud!  This is all new to me! :)

Of course the first thing I did was strip him, throw the clothes in the washer, and took him up for a bath.
Since then I've learned to let him get dirty, and wait until the end of the day to wash him because he'll go straight for the mud if I let him out again!  Seriously though, how does a face get that muddy,  did he eat it or what?! I don't think I want to know!  :)
